ST. CHARLES, Mo. — Arrow Senior Living, a St. Charles-based operator, has hired Katie Cook and Mary Jane Harris as executive directors, and Crystal Parrish and Brooke Glenn regional wellness directors.
Glenn is a registered nurse with more than 20 years’ experience in the hospital and healthcare industry. Before joining Arrow, she worked as both a post-surgical heart and lung nurse, and as executive director for a home healthcare provider. Under her new title, Glenn will provide coaching and support for 12 communities throughout Missouri, Illinois, Indiana and Iowa.
Parrish brings more than a decade of experience to the Arrow team. Her previous roles include clinical nursing instructor and corporate director of clinical care. In her new role as regional wellness director, Parrish will provide clinical oversight and support to 11 Ohio communities.
Cook earned a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, a master’s in healthcare administration, and holds a nursing home administrator’s license. In her new role, she will oversee day-to-day operations at Journey Senior Living of Ankeny in Ankeny, Iowa.
Harris was named executive director at The Boulevard at Wentzville in Wentzville, Missouri. Prior to joining Arrow Senior Living, she worked as executive director at a Spectrum Retirement Community. Harris is a licensed nursing home administrator and earned a master’s degree in social work and counseling from the University of Illinois.
