ST. CHARLES, Mo. — Arrow Senior Living has hired Meredith Eckl as managing director of integration, a role focused on corporate standards and procedures.
A certified project management professional, Eckl brings 17 years of experience to the team, including roles in sales, operations, and project management.
Arrow also announced several new executive directors to the Missouri region in recent months. Amy Byergo was named executive director at Westbury Senior Living; Brittany Oehler has been named executive director at The Town and Country; Executive Director Denise Wilkinson will lead the team at The Township Senior Living; Joanna Wesley has been named executive director at The Wellington Senior Living; Stacey Russell was named executive director at The Princeton Senior Living; and Christie Underwood was named executive director at Rushwood Senior Living in Kansas. Together, they add more than 40 years of experience to Arrow’s team, including roles in healthcare administration, social work and public health.
Arrow also announced Mark Stapleton has been promoted to regional director of operations. Stapleton has more than 20 years of experience in roles that include regional director and director of clinical operations. Before being appointed as regional director of operations in Ohio, Stapleton served as executive director at VITALIA Highland Heights.
Based in St. Charles, Arrow Senior Living’s portfolio includes 37 communities, including several in development, across the Midwest.
