ALABAMA — Blueprint has arranged the sale of 10 seniors housing communities located throughout the Southeast for an undisclosed price.
An Alabama-based owner-operator sold the properties to a Tennessee-based regional owner-operator that was looking to expand in Alabama.
Of the 10 communities, eight are in Alabama, one in Mississippi and one in Tennessee. The specific names and locations were not disclosed.
