SARASOTA, Fla. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, a brokerage based in Chicago, has arranged the $4.3 million sale of Lamplight Inn of Sarasota, a 95-unit assisted living community in Sarasota.
A private ownership group seeking to divest non-core assets sold the property to an unnamed, publicly traded REIT.
The purchase price translates to $45,000 units. The new owners immediately leased the property to an operational partner that is already active in the area.
