NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of two skilled nursing facilities in metro Nashville.
A national owner based in New York sold the properties to a regional owner-operator. The company names, facility names and sales price were not disclosed.
At the time of sale, the portfolio generated $16.1 million in total revenues with an overall occupancy rate of 78.5 percent.
Christopher Hyldahl, Gideon Orion and Kendra Gonzalez of Blueprint handled the transaction.
