VESTAVIA HILLS, Ala. — Braemar Partners has started construction of Longleaf Liberty Park, a 95-unit assisted living and memory care community.
The property will be located within the Liberty Park community of Vestavia Hills, a suburb of Birmingham. The community will be three stories tall and feature views of the Cahaba River.
The architect for the community is Niles Bolton Associates. Faulkner Design Group is providing interior design services, and Robins & Morton is general contractor.
