BASALT, Colo. — Realty Capital Partners, a Dallas-based equity investor, has invested $11.7 million in the development of 72 residential rental units tailored for active adults in Basalt. Developer Realty Capital Residential has acquired the land and secured all necessary entitlements, permits and approved plans. PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. — Concord Summit Capital has arranged a total of $122 million in construction financing for the development of Encore at Tradition, a 415-unit active adult community underway in Port St. Lucie.  David Larson, Daniel Eidson and Keegan Burger of Concord Summit arranged the financing, which comprised a $95 million principal loan and $27 million in mezzanine debt. STILLWATER, Minn. — The Goodman Group has broken ground on Sandhill Shores, the third phase of construction at The Lakes at Stillwater in Stillwater, located along the Wisconsin border east of Minneapolis-St. Paul. Sandhill Shores offers 70 one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments for residents over age 62.  The project is scheduled for completion in summer 2024.

NORTH BRUNSWICK, N.J. — JLL Capital Markets has arranged $47 million in financing for the recently constructed Amaranth at North Brunswick, a 222-unit active adult community in North Brunswick, approximately midway between Newark and Trenton. JLL represented the borrower, The Kaplan Companies, in securing the seven-year, fixed-rate loan from Nuveen Real Estate. Proceeds were utilized to retire its existing construction loan. LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. — Highlands Residential and Perennial Properties have formed a joint venture to build Park Place Apartments, a 148-unit active adult community in Lawrenceville, approximately 30 miles northeast of Atlanta.
