YAPHANK, N.Y. — A joint venture between Chelsea Senior Living and AVR Realty has planned a $27 million, 118-bed assisted living facility in the Long Island town of Yaphank.

ANKENY, Iowa — Hubbell Realty Company will soon begin construction of Siena Hills, a 13-acre development in the Des Moines suburb of Ankeny. The full development will offer single-family homes, townhomes and a 44-unit assisted living and memory care community.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Watercrest Senior Living has opened Watercrest of San Jose, a 90-unit assisted living and memory care community in Jacksonville.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Western States Lodging & Management and Colmena Group have announced plans for Legacy Village at Sale River, a 230-unit assisted living and memory care community within the Pima Center business park in the Phoenix suburb of Scottsdale. Development costs are estimated at $30 million.

HILLSBOROUGH, N.J. — Kaplan Development Group LLC has started construction of The All American Assisted Living of Hillsborough, a 112-bed assisted living and memory care community in Hillsborough, located midway between New York City and Philadelphia.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Michigan-based Singh Development has opened Waltonwood Cotswold, a 120,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community in the Cotswold submarket of Charlotte.

AUGUSTA, Ga. — CR Properties LLC has unveiled plans for The Claiborne at West Lake, an assisted living and memory care community near Augusta, approximately 150 miles east of Atlanta near the South Carolina border.

LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. — Senior Lifestyle Corp. has opened The Sheridan at Lakewood Ranch, a 121-unit assisted living and memory care community in Lakewood Ranch, approximately 50 miles south of Tampa.
