INDIAN LAND, S.C. — Cardinal Ventures, a developer based in Mississippi, has unveiled plans for The Blake at Edgewater, an 88,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community in Indian Land, located just across the state border from Charlotte, N.C.

CARY, N.C. — Real estate developer HHHunt has started construction of Spring Arbor of Cary, an 80-unit assisted living and memory care community in the Raleigh suburb of Cary. Development costs are estimated at $23.2 million.

SHAVANO PARK, Texas — Integral Senior Living and Meridian Realty Advisors have opened the doors on Shavano Park Senior Living, a 68-unit assisted living and memory care community in the San Antonio suburb of Shavano Park.
