LCS Development Begins 44-Unit Expansion at Plantation Village in Wilmington, North Carolina

WILMINGTON, N.C. — LCS Development has started construction of an expansion at Plantation Village, a continuing care retirement community in Wilmington. The project will add 44 independent living units with covered parking, a new artisan studio, woodshop, dog park, cocktail bar, billiards room, more indoor and outdoor dining options, and expanded garden area for residents. USA Properties Fund Starts Construction of $32M Sage at Folsom in California

FOLSOM, Calif. — USA Properties Fund has started construction on Sage at Folsom, located approximately 25 miles east of Sacramento in Folsom. Sage at Folsom will offer affordable housing for residents 55 years and older earning between 30 and 80 percent of area median income — approximately $19,150 to $51,000 per year. Rents will range from $450 to $1,300. NEW YORK CITY — Sunrise Senior Living has opened Sunrise at East 56th, a 151-unit high-rise in the Upper East Side neighborhood of Manhattan. Partners on the project included Hines and Welltower (NYSE: WELL). The asset features assisted living and memory care services. FK Architecture Designs 155-Unit Expansion at Westminster Baldwin Park in Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. — FK Architecture has completed design work for the second phase of Westminster Baldwin Park in Orlando. The 180,000-square-foot expansion will bring the continuing care retirement community to a total of 155 units and 40 rehabilitation beds.
