NASHUA, N.H. — Cushman & Wakefield of New Hampshire has arranged the sale of 575 Amherst St. in Nashua for $2 million.

MERRILLVILLE, Ind. — McShane Construction Company has been selected to build Merrillville Memory Care, a 50-bed memory care community in Merrillville, a small town in the northwest corner of Indiana.

HUNTINGDON VALLEY, Pa. — NAI Mertz, a commercial real estate firm serving southern New Jersey and greater Philadelphia, has arranged the sale of a 4.45-acre land parcel on behalf of First Baptist Church of Huntingdon Valley.
