GLEN BURNIE, ELLICOTT CITY and COLUMBIA, Md. — Enterprise Community Development has acquired and planned redevelopment projects at three affordable seniors housing communities: Park View at Furnace Branch in Glen Burnie, Park View at Ellicott City II in Ellicott City and Park View at Snowden River in Columbia. The combined cost to acquire and redevelop the properties is $60 million. GLENN DALE, Md. — The Reid Temple African Methodist Episcopal Church, Reid Community Development Corp., UrbanMatters Development Partners LLC and Atlantic Pacific Communities have announced a virtual ribbon cutting to be held May 19 at Woodlands at Reid Temple, an affordable seniors housing community in Glenn Dale. Located between Baltimore and Washington, D.C., construction on the 252-unit community began in 2019. Ministries has opened Residences at Glenarden Hills II, an affordable housing expansion in the Washington, D.C. suburb of Glenarden.
