WALTHAM, Mass. — EPOCH Senior Living, a Waltham-based operator, has hired Kerry LeBlanc as regional director of quality assurance for EPOCH Senior Living. LeBlanc will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and oversight to the wellness and operations teams in assisted living and memory care communities. She comes to EPOCH with 12 years of experience in senior living, most recently as a resident care director in the assisted living industry.

DES MOINES, Iowa — LCS, a Des Moines-based owner-operator, has promoted industry veteran Greg Williams to the role of senior director of operations management. In his new role, Williams will join the Life Care Services leadership team and will oversee multi-state operations for the company. Williams’ career with Life Care Services spans more than 24 years, serving in a variety of roles including health center administrator, executive director and director of operations management. Williams holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Earlham College.
