KENNETT SQUARE, Pa. — Genesis HealthCare, a post-acute care provider based in Kennett Square, has agreed to purchase 24 skilled nursing facilities from Revera Inc., an owner-operator based in Canada, for $240 million. As part of the deal, Genesis will also acquire the operations of Premier Therapy, Revera’s contract rehabilitation business.

SHORELINE, Wash — Investment banking firm Evans Senior Investments (ESI) has arranged the sale of Shoreline Health and Rehab, a skilled nursing facility in the Seattle suburbs, for $6.6 million.

RICHARDSON, WACO and AUSTIN, Texas — Senior Living Investment Brokerage, an Illinois-based brokerage firm focused on seniors housing, has arranged the sale of three skilled nursing facilities in Texas for $30.5 million.

LITTLE EGG HARBOR, N.J. — Institutional Property Advisors, a brokerage division of Marcus & Millichap, has arranged the sale of Arcadia Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for $15 million. The facility is located in Little Egg Harbor, about 30 miles north of Atlantic City.

MEMPHIS, Tenn., and INVERNESS, Fla. — Investment firm Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of Citrus Health and Rehabilitation Center and Graceland Nursing Center for a total purchase price of $23 million.
