SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn. — Confluent Senior Living and Harbor Retirement Associates (HRA) are set to begin construction of a 111,951-square-foot senior living community in the Hartford suburb of South Windsor.
Scheduled to break ground this month, HarborChase of Evergreen Walk will feature 113 units for assisted living and memory care residents. The project marks the first Connecticut development for both Confluent Senior Living and HRA.
Situated on 5.8 acres, HarborChase of Evergreen Walk will offer 65 assisted living and 48 memory care apartments available in one- and two-bedroom units. The project is scheduled for completion in December 2020.
HRA, a senior living development and management company based in Florida, will manage HarborChase of Evergreen Walk. Co-developer Confluent Senior Living, a subsidiary of Denver-based real estate investment and development firm Confluent Development, serves as the project owner. The community marks the partnership’s seventh senior living project and represents Confluent’s 20th senior living development.
Plunkett Raysich Architects is serving as the architect on the project and Whiting-Turner as the general contractor.
