PLYMOUTH, Minn. — Dominium, a developer and operator of multifamily communities including seniors housing, has promoted Janice Dennie to the newly created position of corporate leasing consultant at its Plymouth headquarters.
Dennie will be responsible for fielding calls and written communications for Dominium’s seniors housing developments, as well as creating insider prospect lists and providing updates on development, open houses and application processes.
Dennie will also be responsible for facilitating inbound communication for Dominium’s seniors housing communities currently under construction in the Twin Cities: The Legends of Cottage Grove to be opened February 2018; The Legends of Champlin to be opened February 2018; The Legends of Columbia Heights to be opened March 2018; and The Legends of Apple Valley to be opened May 2018.
Previously, Dennie was a leasing specialist at Dominium for The Landings at St. Anthony Village, and most recently worked at Bristol Village Apartments and Townhomes, which was sold earlier this year. After the sale of Bristol Village, Dominium created the new position to fill a need with its senior housing communities and retain the long-time employee.
Dennie is graduated from St. Cloud State with a degree in business.
