NORTH CHELMSFORD, Mass., and ROCKY HILL, Conn. — LCB Senior Living,LLC has acquired Brookdale North Chelmsford in Massachusetts and Brookdale Rocky Hill in Connecticut. The price was not disclosed.
The community in North Chelmsford, near the New Hampshire border, will be renamed The Residence at Freeman Lake. The 73-unit community was built in 1996 and offers assisted living and memory care on a 7.5-acre campus.
The community in Rocky Hill, just south of Hartford will be renamed The Residence at Ferry Park. The 73-unit community was built in 1997 and offers assisted living and memory care on a 5.4-acre campus.
Both communities will undergo renovations over the next 12 to 18 months, according to LCB.
