Solvere Starts Construction of 124-Unit Community Near D.C.

WOODBRIDGE, Va. — Solvere Living, the operations management division of Florida-based Solutions Advisors Group (SAG), has broken ground on Aspire at Belmont Bay in Woodbridge, approximately 25 miles southwest of Washington, D.C.

The four-story, 113,178-square-foot property will feature 124 units, though the level of care was not disclosed. A sales office at the site has already opened, with full construction scheduled for completion in August 2020.

The owner and developer of the community is Virginia-based Bonaventure, and Belmont Bay marks the second of its Aspire communities. The architectural firm is J. Price Architecture Inc.
