GASTONIA, N.C. — Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) has arranged the sale of Meadow Wood, a 14,274-square foot seniors housing property in Gastonia, a suburb of Charlotte.
A limited liability company sold the property to another limited liability company for $1.5 million. Meadow Wood was constructed in 1969 on 4.91 acres and features 50 beds.
Mike Pardoll of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller in the deal. Further details were not disclosed.
