WASHINGTON, D.C. — Love Funding, a D.C.-based lender, has hired Sharon Thole as director of originations. She will work under the guidance of Leonard Lucas.
Thole will be based in Minneapolis, where she most recently served as a multi-site COO for a nonprofit senior living organization. She has also served in executive operations and business development positions with national nursing home organizations.
“Sharon brings in-depth knowledge of the healthcare world to our team,” says Love Funding CEO Mark Dellonte. “I know that Sharon’s background, which includes hands-on operating experience of facilities, and her track record of creating strategic partnerships and managing complex situations will serve our healthcare clients well.”
Thole holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration and gerontology from Minnesota State University-Moorhead. She is a licensed nursing home administrator.
