WESTON, Fla. — The Palace Group has opened an 8,000-square-foot information center at the future site of The Palace at Weston, a $130 million development in Weston, about 30 miles northwest of Miami.
The information center includes two fully furnished one- and two-bedroom models, including a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliance package, California-style custom closets and bathrooms.
The Palace at Weston is the company’s 10th senior living community and will offer three distinct neighborhoods with independent living, assisted living and memory care. Apartments will range from 834 square feet to nearly 1,200 square feet.
