GREENVILLE, S.C. — Phoenix Senior has taken over operations of Autumn Leaves Greenville, rebranding the property as The Pearl at Eastside.
The community will be Phoenix’s sixth in South Carolina, three of them standalone memory care properties. The Pearl at Eastside features 54 units of memory care.
