SUN PRAIRIE, Wis. — Ryan Cos. and Great Lakes Management have unveiled plans for Talamore at Sun Prairie, a seniors housing community in Sun Prairie, a Madison suburb about 70 miles west of Milwaukee.
Groundbreaking is scheduled for spring 2020. The community will feature 141 units of independent living, assisted living and memory care.
This is the second project for the venture, the first being Talamore St. Cloud in Minnesota. Ryan Cos. is developing, designing and building the project, which Great Lakes will then operate.
