Seasons Management Opens $11M Memory Care Community in Chandler, Arizona

CHANDLER, Ariz. — Operator Seasons Management has opened Parkland Memory Care, a 72-bed memory care community in the Phoenix suburb of Chandler.

Development costs for the 36,400-square-foot property were estimated at $11 million. Live Oak Bank, Aileron Capital Management and Mercantile Capital Corp. provided financing.

Lenity Architecture designed the property, with Ryan & Associates providing landscape architecture services.
