TAZEWELL, Va. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage (SLIB) has arranged the sale of Lexington at Tazewell, a 42-unit assisted living community in Tazewell, for $2.2 million. Tazewell is located in western Virginia near the West Virginia and Kentucky borders.
A local operator with five other locations throughout the state purchased the 33,480-square-foot facility. SLIB represented the seller, a lender that financed renovations to the community before foreclosing on the former owner.
