CUMMING, Ga. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage has arranged the $3.3 million sale of White Oaks at Lanier, a 41-unit seniors housing community in the Atlanta suburb of Cumming.
The community was built in 1997.
The brokerage represented the seller, Sabal Financial, in the deal. Sabal acquired the property in a large portfolio transaction from Synovus Bank.
