NEWPORT, Tenn. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage has arranged the sale of Brookdale Newport, a 42-unit assisted living and memory care community in Newport, approximately 50 miles east of Knoxville.
A private equity group sold the property to an undisclosed buyer for $3.9 million. Brookdale Senior Living currently operates the community.
Bradley Clousing of Senior Living Investment Brokerage handled the transaction.
