VENICE, Fla. — Caddis has opened a sales office at Heartis Venice in Gulf Coast city of Venice, with the community scheduled to open its doors in summer 2020.
The 191,000-square-foot community will feature 182 units of independent living, assisted living and memory care upon opening.
Solvere Living, the operations management division of Solutions Advisors Group (SAG), will operate the community. Caddis is the developer and owner.
The architect for Heartis Venice is Lantz-Boggio and the general contractor is Freese Johnson.
