A partnership between management/consulting firm American Healthcare Management Group and interior designer Spellman Brady & Co. has unveiled Elevate Senior Living, a pre-designed seniors housing development concept.
Created to keep construction costs, unit sizes and rents all low, Elevate is a 96 to 104 bed, 55,000-square-foot community. The partnership claims it can be built for $5 million less than traditional assisted living and memory models.
Elevate is available in 1 or 2 story models that house 16 private rooms in a small-house concept. Common spaces are multi-use while eliminating long corridors and keeping staff needs to a minimum.
This senior living solution, will address the needs and concerns of the more than 14 million seniors that cannot afford to live in the communities currently in the marketplace, according to Joe Jasmon, CEO of American Healthcare Management Group.
