BROCKPORT, N.Y. — Top Capital of New York LLC has completed construction of Chateau at Heritage Square, an independent living and assisted living community in the Rochester suburb of Brockport.
Top Capital is a private equity investment firm based in Rochester. This is one of three commercial real estate projects in the Rochester area for the company.
Development costs for Chateau at Heritage Square in Brockport were estimated at $18 million. The number of units was not disclosed.
