RICHARDSON, WACO and AUSTIN, Texas — Senior Living Investment Brokerage, an Illinois-based brokerage firm focused on seniors housing, has arranged the sale of three skilled nursing facilities in Texas for $30.5 million.
The facilities consist of 473 beds, as well as some assisted living and independent living units, and were built in 1986 and 1988. The portfolio was purchased by an independent owner/operator based in Louisiana. The seller was an independent owner-operator that was looking to exit the industry.
Ridgecrest Retirement Center, located in Waco, is comprised of 25 independent living units, 72 assisted living units and 90 skilled nursing beds. The community is approximately 140,000 square feet and situated on 13 acres of land.
The Gardens of Richardson, located in Richardson, is comprised of 62 assisted living units and 106 skilled nursing beds. The community is approximately 84,000 square feet and situated on 4.75 acres of land.
Regency Village Care Center, located in Austin, is comprised of 118 skilled nursing beds. The community is approximately 42,000 square feet and is situated on 3.75 acres of land.
