SAN ANTONIO — Ascend Partners LLC has acquired Lakeside Assisted Living, a seniors housing community in West San Antonio, and is reopening it as The Grandview of Westover Hills.
The community features 42 assisted living and 18 memory care apartments. Texas-based Trilogy Senior Living will provide the management and operations.
Ascend Partners is investing in renovations and improvements at the community.
