CHICAGO, ROBBINS and ROCKFORD, Ill. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage Inc. (SLIB) has arranged the $49 million sale of four supportive living communities in Illinois.

MUKILTEO, Wash. — CBRE National Senior Housing has arranged a $22.1 million loan for Capitol Seniors Housing, which will use the money to acquire and renovate Harbour Pointe Retirement & Assisted Living Community, a 107-unit independent living and assisted living community in the Seattle suburb of Mukilteo.

FINDLAY and SPRINGFIELD, Ohio — Senior Living Investment Brokerage has arranged the sale of Fox Run Manor in Findlay, about 50 miles south of Toledo, and a second unnamed community in Springfield, about 50 miles west of Columbus, for $6.4 million.

KINGSLAND, Texas — Senior Living Investment Brokerage has arranged the sale of a 60-unit assisted living community in Kingsland, approximately 60 miles northwest of Austin, for $3.8 million.

KENNETT SQUARE, Pa. — Genesis HealthCare, a seniors housing owner-operator based in Kennett Square, has sold 18 of its Vintage Park Assisted Living properties in Kansas. The seller and purchase price were not disclosed.

FULLERTON, Calif. — Evans Senior Investments has arranged the sale of Sunnycrest, a private-pay assisted living community in Fullerton in northern Orange County, for $37 million.

LITTLETON, N.H. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, a brokerage based in Chicago, has arranged the sale-leaseback transaction of Riverglen House of Littleton, a 50-unit assisted living community in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
