ATLANTA and KENNESAW, Ga. — Greystar has broken ground on two active adult communities in the Atlanta Metro: Overture Barrett in Kennesaw and Overture Lindbergh in Atlanta. Both apartment communities are restricted to residents over the age of 55.

LAFAYETTE, La. — Abby Development, a developer, owner and operator of luxury seniors housing communities, has acquired 20 acres in Lafayette. The company plans to build a 258-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community on the property.
STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. — Moceri Cos., a homebuilder based in metro Detroit, plans to develop a $300 million, master-planned community for seniors in Sterling Heights. Situated adjacent to the 27-hole Maple Lane golf course, the 807-unit development, known as Verandas, will feature a mix of townhouses, condominiums and apartments targeting adults age 55 and above.
