The tax-exempt, draw-down bonds are supported by a three-bank syndicate comprised of Amegy Bank, Hancock Whitney and Trustmark. BPH owns and operates three continuing care retirement communities in Texas: Brazos Towers at Bayou Manor, The Hallmark and Longhorn Village.
