The properties include Lexington Health Center Bloomingdale, Lexington of Schaumburg, Lexington of Orland Park, Lexington of Lombard, Lexington of Chicago Ridge, Lexington of Elmhurst, Lexington of La Grange and Lexington of Lake Zurich.
