CHICAGO — Harrison Street, a Chicago-based investment firm dedicated to the education, healthcare and storage sectors, has hired Briana Succop to the firm’s client services and marketing team as vice president.
Succop will focus primarily on developing and expanding the firm’s relationships within the consultant community.
Succop brings nearly 15 years of real estate investment and capital raising experience to Harrison Street. She most recently served as vice president at Abacus Capital Group, where she was responsible for the firm’s capital raising efforts.
Previously, Succop served as a vice president at Covenant Capital Group, where she led the successful fundraising of the firm’s two largest funds. Prior to her capital raising roles, she served as assistant portfolio manager at The Townsend Group. She began her career at KeyBank in its debt capital markets and real estate private equity groups.
Succop holds a graduate certificate in real estate finance from Cleveland State University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio University.
