LIVERPOOL, N.Y. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of The Hearth at Greenpoint, a 186-unit independent living and assisted living community in the Syracuse suburb of Liverpool, for $33 million.
Mainstreet Property Group acquired the property in a sale-leaseback transaction with The Hearth, which operates the community. The Hearth is based in Syracuse and manages 15 communities in four states.
