PHOENIXVILLE, Pa. — The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development has arranged a $46,125 Industrial Sites Reuse Program (ISRP) grant for Petra Community Housing. Petra will use the grant money for an environmental assessment regarding a potential affordable seniors housing community in Phoenixville, approximately 25 miles northwest of Philadelphia.
CHESTERTON, Ind. — Mainstreet, an Indiana-based skilled nursing developer, and skilled nursing operator Symphony Post Acute Network have opened Symphony of Chesterton, a 106-bed skilled nursing facility in Chesterton, approximately 45 miles southeast of Chicago, Ill.
ROCKVILLE, Md. — Ingleside, a nonprofit operator based in Washington, D.C., has unveiled plans to add 125 independent living units and a new 32-unit memory care building at Ingleside at King Farm, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in the D.C. suburb of Rockville.
