MONUMENT, Colo. — Jackson Creek Senior Living, a newly opened seniors housing community in the Colorado Springs suburb of Monument, has named Al Fritts as its executive director. He will oversee operations of the community’s 137 independent living, assisted living and memory care apartments.

SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. — Kendal Corp. has hired James Antonucci Jr. as the new executive director for Kendal on Hudson, a 220-unit continuing care retirement community (CCRC) located approximately 30 miles north of Manhattan in Sleepy Hollow.

NORWOOD, Mass. — Benchmark has hired Patrick Hardy as the new executive director at Benchmark Senior Living on Clapboardtree in Norwood, a suburb of Boston.

KENNETT SQUARE, Pa. — Judy Braun, chief operating officer of Kennett Square-based operator The Kendal Corp., has retired after 17 years in the position. The nonprofit company’s portfolio includes 13 communities in eight states throughout the Northeast and Midwest.

WALTHAM, Mass. — Benchmark, a Waltham-based owner-operator, has hired Bobbi Miller as regional director of operations. She will oversee operations of the company’s seven communities throughout Massachusetts.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Real Estate Roundtable (RER), a public policy organization that represents the interests of the real estate industry, has selected Debra Cafaro as its chair.
