LEBANON, Tenn. — Hal Bone Enterprises has launched a new seniors housing development and management company named L4 Lifestyles. The company is headquartered in the Nashville suburb of Lebanon.
Hal Bone will serve as the company’s CEO while Van Cluck will be president chief development officer.
“We have moved our focus beyond healthcare. As we serve our customers we want to foster environments that encourage purposeful aging,” says Bone. “We are excited to leverage the previous successes we have enjoyed in working with seniors and their families within the four communities we currently own as we partner with other properties and ownership groups to provide professional management and development services.”
Cluck brings over 25 years of experience in the senior living industry, most recently as president and CEO of Blakeford Inc., a Nashville-based senior living services company. In addition to his senior living expertise, Cluck also teaches as an adjunct professor for Lipscomb University in Nashville, having taught in both the MBA program as well as for the School of TransformAging.
Cluck serves on the LeadingAge Tennessee Board of Directors and the Harpeth Hills Resource Center on Aging Advisory Board.
L4 will launch with Hal Bone Enterprises’ existing portfolio of four communities in Tennessee and Virginia. The company will offer management, development, consulting and recruiting services for independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing.
