TEQUESTA, Fla. — Blueprint Capital Markets has arranged the refinancing of Tequesta Terrace Senior Living, an assisted living community located in Tequesta. Alta Senior Living is the borrower.
Tequesta Terrace totals 100 units and recently underwent a value-add, operational turnaround and renovation process.
Kristen Ahrens, Pat Maloney and Ben Firestone of Blueprint secured the debt on behalf of the borrower.
