KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of a 56-unit independent living community in Klamath Falls, located in the southern part of the state near the California border. The buyer is a regional owner-operator that plans to reposition the asset as an affordable option. The seller was not disclosed.

Discovery Senior Living to Complete Multi-Million-Dollar Renovation of Indianapolis Community

INDIANAPOLIS — Discovery Senior Living has unveiled plans for a multi-million-dollar capital investment and renovation of Discovery Commons at College Park, a 116-unit independent living community located in Indianapolis. The multi-phase project will include interior and exterior improvements. The initial phase will include new seating and gathering areas, including an upgraded lobby. Interior enhancements will also include renovated bathrooms, new flooring, lighting, furniture and décor as well as a new color palette. Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Sale of Independent Living Community Near Tampa

TRINITY, Florida — Cushman & Wakefield’s Tampa-based Senior Housing Team has arranged the sale of The Watermark at Trinity in the Tampa suburb of Trinity. Kayne Anderson Real Estate acquired the community for an undisclosed price. The operator, Watermark Retirement Communities, will continue to manage the property. The five-story community features 117 units of independent living and was recently completed. KWA Construction Breaks Ground on 120-Unit Independent Living Expansion in Fort Worth

FORT WORTH, Texas — Locally based general contractor KWA Construction has broken ground on Phase II of the Columbia Renaissance Square multifamily project. The new building will add 120 independent living units. Phase I of the project, which Columbia Residential and Renaissance Heights Development Group are developing, delivered 140 units, the majority of which were affordable housing residences. Phase II is scheduled for completion in December.

CBRE Arranges Supplemental Financing for Arbour Square of Harleysville, Pennsylvania

HARLEYSVILLE, Pa. — CBRE has arranged an undisclosed amount of supplemental financing for Arbour Square of Harleysville, a 276-unit independent living community. Located approximately 35 miles north of downtown Philadelphia, the community was opened in two phases between 2006 and 2014. The borrower is Green Courte Partners, and the company’s wholly owned subsidiary True Connection Communities operates the property. Aron Will, Austin Sacco and Tim Root arranged the Freddie Mac loan. Further details of the transaction were not disclosed.

ESI Arranges Sale of Six-Unit Property in Ohio

GREEN SPRINGS, Ohio — Evans Senior Investments (ESI) has brokered the sale of of Eden Springs Garden Homes, a six-unit independent living community in Green Springs, a small village between Cleveland and Toledo. The property is part of the Eden Springs Healthcare & Senior Living campus, which was built in phases between 1963 and 2006. The larger campus was placed into receivership in January 2019. The court-appointed receiver sold the Garden Homes portion to an undisclosed buyer for $943,000, or $157,000 per unit. The six units were all occupied at …
