FORT MILL and GREENVILLE, S.C. — Frampton Construction Co., a regional construction firm, has completed construction of The Blake at Baxter Village in Fort Mill. The company has already started construction of its next seniors housing project, The Blake at Hollingsworth Park in Greenville.
