CHICAGO — Waterton, a national real estate investor and operator based in Chicago, has hired Tara Marszewski as its chief financial officer.

FORT WORTH, Texas — Civitas Senior Living, a Fort Worth-based owner-operator, has promoted Bobby Lane to chief wellness officer. Lane started with the company as an executive director in 2015 and has most recently served as the senior vice president of wellness.

DENVER — JLL has hired Shawn James O’Connor as an executive vice president in its Valuation Advisory business. O’Connor will focus on seniors housing valuation in the Rocky Mountain region as well as general valuation services in the Denver area.
